It's science! How it works to eliminate lightning Lightning strikes are produced when negative charges in a storm cloud connect to positive charges from the ground. Disrupt this connection and formation of lightning strikes is eliminated. That’s the genius science behind the CMCE device. It balances the electrical field by drawing in positive and negative ions and sending them to ground before lightning has a chance to form.
